                    Burley Cart Review

"Great product light weight and functions as advertised! I take it on adventures daily! I highly recommend Burley as a company, for great service, and great products!"

                    — John D. (5/5)

                    Quality panniers

"This is my first set of panniers. They fit on my Coho XC trailer (with the rack) and on my bike rack. Switching between racks or taking them off and on is simple. I like the size and the color. No worries about losing them in the shrubs. The bright yellow color is a good safety feature for visibility on the road."

                    — Joseph G. (5/5)

                    Extra storage

"Love the small panniers - they’re great place for wallet/phone/keys."

                    — John K. (5/5)

Clasps need to be looked at going forward

"Overall a well built set of panniers but I am having issues with the plastic clasps staying together even under light tensile pulling force."

                    — Jeff C. (3/5)

                    Awesome!

"Great product. Easy to use and keeps my gear nice and dry."

                    — Mark C. (5/5)

                    Pretty good product

"The Burley pannier set are great. Very convenient setup and nice to have little pockets on them that are also seam taped for water. Only complaint I have is the buckles let go gently pulling on the to adjust the length."

                    — Rhea (4/5)

                    Very impressed!

"Well made with quality materials at a fair price"

                    — Brian R. (5/5)

                    Great Panniers!

"These panniers are great - how easy they mount onto the back bike rack and quickly come off when I lift them. A great design after having panniers for over 25 years that were secure or as easy to remove and hang on. Since I ordered them on-line they were a little smaller than I expected, but that has forced me to carry less stuff and be a happier rider. :)"

                    — Clark J. (4/5)

Ok pannier but not for a daily commuter

"Purchased these for daily commuter use. Pretty quickly found out they are not practical for on and off use twice a day. To put them on the rack you need all three of your hands. One to position the bag in place, one to open one of the clips on top and the third to open the other clip so it will drop in place. Taking them off at the T station bike cage is easier and only requires two hands. The next issue I found was that the loop handle at the top is not at a centered point to carry a loaded bag. It tilts into your legs making it difficult to walk. I discovered the clips at the side can be used as a handle if you are careful not to squeeze and open them up. A shoulder strap would easily solve this issue. Finally, the bottom lower clip loosens easily despite using the hand tightening knurls. I lost one on the streets of Boston on my commute the other day. On the positive side, they hold a lot despite their small appearance and keep things dry."

                    — Tom B. (2/5)

                    Small

"In all aspects, but one they seem great. I haven't used them to their potential. Upon opening them they are smaller than I expected. I'll get good use of them where on my bike or trailer"

                    — Daniel E. (3/5)

                    Q&A

Will these work with the Tumbleweed Mini Pannier Rack?
Thank you for the question! As long as the rack's bars are 10mm in diameter, the Burley Pannier Set is compatible. Please see the Pannier Set product page for additional information: https://burley.com/products/pannier-set
