Return Policy

At Burley, we want to make sure our products help you and your family get outside together. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your new, unused product within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price.

To be eligible for return, please review these guidelines:

  • Item was purchased on Burley.com
  • For items not purchased from Burley.com, please contact the purchase location to review its return policy and procedure.
  • Order was received less than 30 days ago from Burley.
  • Product is in new, unused condition.
  • Product includes all small parts, manuals, and original packing materials.
  • Closeout items and factory second sales are non-refundable.
  • All PRO orders are non-refundable.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded unless prohibited by law.
  • Burley does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
  • A 15% restocking fee may be charged on certain items at our discretion. These items include trailers, bike seats and cycles.
  • If a returned product is not in new, unused condition, the product will not be reimbursed and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Fill out the form below to initiate the return process. Our Customer Service team will respond within a few business days, providing a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) for authorized returns.

Once you receive an RMA#, follow our Return Process instructions to complete your return.
