Can I send a message with the Gift Card if I am purchasing it for someone else?

Yes, on the Gift Card page you can select the SEND AS A GIFT option to enter a personalized message for the recipient. You will also be asked to enter the name and email address of the recipient, as well as the date that you would like the Gift Card sent.

Can I return a Gift Card?

No, Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Can I exchange a Gift Card for cash?

No, Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Does the Gift Card expire?

Burley Gift Cards expire after five (5) years.

Are there any fees for purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card?

No, there are no fees associated with Gift Cards.

How do I check my Gift Card balance?

The original email that included the Gift Card will display the current balance. You can also contact Burley Customer Support to request information on the current balance at burley@burley.com.

What happens if I lose the email that contained the Burley Gift Card?
