Snuggly but not great for sleeping babies

"I have had the snuggler for 4+ years: with my first born and we are using it again for my 7 month old. It is lovely and cozy until the babies (ultimately) nod off to sleep on a walk/run. Because this snuggles the baby upright, when babies fall asleep, their head falls forward and I try stuffing blankets under their chin, repositioning them and ultimately carrying them the rest of the way. I see they have a new product since my firstborn but the feet sticking out is another issue I would have to problem solve. I wish the snuggler was more of a sling that had an incline."

    Baby loves it!

"We can have the girls sitting next to each other when we convert our Encore into stroller duty and they love it."

    Keeps little one snuggled

"The snuggler definitely snuggles my 6 month old in. I thought the shoulder straps were too large. I ended up putting the regular should straps back on and it is perfect! Keeps little one secure and is cozy."

    Poor design and function

"Honestly, meh. The padding doesn’t seem much better than what’s stock with the Burley. In terms of support for a baby? Not great… at all. That, and the installation is odd. Simple, sure, but the design and construction of the insert is awkward and isn’t intuitive. (Like, what are the extra straps on the backside doing?) This should definitely go back to the drawing board."

    Great so far!

"Quality materials. It seems comfy for my baby. I have twins, so we have the double trailer. One complaint is that the seat doesn’t seem to be very snugly secure in the larger seat apparatus, it’s mostly held in place by Velcro. It would be nice if there were more straps to secure it along with the Velcro. One use down, so far so good! Can’t wait to use it for more active things! So far we’ve just used it to stroll about but looking forward to jogging with it, and when they’re a bit older using it with the bike!"

    Useless!!!!

"The product is completely useless. So much inconsistencies! Would give 0 stars if I could as I only have one word: useless. Despite its claim: zero lumbar support, it is just a simple thin fabric over all the back. The thick padded sides give me support to the head as they just flop to the sides. She is 7. 5 months old and is wildly inconfortable in it. I wanted to use my d’lite as a stroller can’t do it as je head is not supported and falls forward which might compromise her breathing. It is exactly the same with the snuggler. Now, I have spoken to customer service before buying and it was recommended as a next step from the baby insert. She is almost too big for the insert as she is already 68. 5 cm tall. This product is recommended for use from 3 months age. Yet it says baby has to sit independently, well show me please a 3 months old sitting independently. My baby at 7. 5 months old can sit, but not for a very long time. If a baby can sit a long time independently, then she would not need the snuggler. Even more weird: it is only recommended to be used up to 12 months. And we are not supposed to bike with the baby until then. Why then there is adjustment in the snuggler for a biking helmet?! If it wasn’t there may be there would be more support. So, if you want to use your burley as a stroller for a baby, this is going to do nothing for you, other then just make you waste your money."

    Good product!

"Material is soft and keeps my baby all snuggled inside. Helps a lot when on the road and baby is not bouncing around. Easily put seat in and there is still room for my toddler to sit too."

    Bang for your Buck

"Definitely worth the money for the quality product you are getting. I have bought cheaper brands but Burley is worth the money. And I like the accessories that accommodate our adventurous lifestyle."
