Return Policy Was Not Clearly Disclosed
"I was disappointed with my experience. When I tried to return the items, I was told that items marked with a second markdown are considered closeout sales and cannot be returned. I did not see this policy clearly disclosed anywhere when I made the purchase. Had I known the items were final sale and non-returnable, I would have taken that into consideration before buying. A final-sale policy like this should be clearly displayed before the customer completes the purchase."
