Good product

"Love the simplicity of the trailer. However, too much weight and it becomes very unstable ride. Also, don’t load above rails, wind push causes trailer sway. Maybe it was my titanium frame, maybe not. I’ll keep testing it with practice trips bike pack camping."

surprisingly stable, love kickstand

"I have a Coho XC and use it to transport chainsaw, tools, water jugs on my land on single track mountaiin bike trails. It takes a little time to get used to the handling but then I almost forget about the load. The kickstand is brilliant and makes it easy to keep bike standing up while partially unloading trailer cargo. Of course, no design can overrule gravity, on sidehill one must lay the boike and trailer down. I did not yet order the gnarly tire, standard wheel seems fine on our trails."

New Trailer

"Tracks well, easy to assemble. . . ."

Burley Coho XC

"I like the trailer. One part of the setup was awful; the metal cylinder in the yoke was too big for the slots it was to fit in. This led to two hours of very frustrating efforts, finally solved with a hammer, but that was scary and should not have been necessary."

Dog likes it!

"Super easy to assemble and break down for storage. With lots of high value treats (bacon) the dog will ride in the trailer. We got 2 axles for different bikes. One fit perfectly, one needed a spacer so buyer beware on that part. Quick release and kickstand are outstanding. We look forward to our 5 day tour on the trans Canada trail."

Super useful Trailer.

"I ride daily for transportation and have the Nomad the flatbed and the 2106 Tail wagon. Used them all with success and function but was excited when this was released and purchaed it right away. I find this trailer useful for carrying larger items of many sorts and it has even replaced my pet trailer. Almost no matter what it tracks well behind whatever bike it is hitched. I have pulled it on single track, railtrails paved and gravel paths in the show and ice all conditions. I have used the 5mm skewer, nutted hitch and through axel all with no issues. I still use the flatbed when I need to carry something heavy and awkward like the air conditioner but this is my go to trailer for so many things. I installed the 16 plus wheel and the pannier rack and am happy with all of it. I pull it year round on my commutes and shopping trips with no concerns. Support is always helpful if I have an issue, which is rare but have reached out with a couple questions and they are answered quickly and thoroughly."

I Guess So

"Boingy shock go uppy downy and launch the cargo vertically due to no dampening adjustment, plus the axle only fits one bike which is whatever. I'm mega unstoked on the wheel/tire it comes with and have to buy all the aftermarket stuff to get what I want including the dry bag and the bigger tire, like it should have come with that already. or given the option to buy those things instead of having some rando wheel lying around and a bunch of gear all over the place since I didn't buy the dry bag. Cannot explain in words how frustrating that is to me. I use the trailer for hauling trail tools and gear like chainsaws and gas, not dog park fashion model nonsense like the website shows but this trailer is just that. Oh 5 stars. Came with the web netting. Always a rainbow in a hurricane, eh?"

A lot of Fun!

"Purchased in '21 for a spring '22 trip on the GAP/C&O rail trail. I trained with it for a few months on rail, road, and single trac once I was confident in handling. Have since done a return round trip on the GAP and training for a '26 trip for FLA. Keys! Held approximately 45lb at start and have had 55lb. Have about 900mi plus. Only item failed is the kickstand rubber caps. Used the pannier attachment but do not like. (put bags too low for handling) Did purchase the new recalled spindle axle. I do like the pannier bags and use them on my bike. They have held up well. I eyed the cargo bag but use a Rubbermaid container instead. Secures well, offers a camp tabletop while also being waterproof. Excellent way to trek without overloading your bike. Can leave at camp when traveling into town and at home a grocery run made easy! Here today for a new thru axle and the larger wheel! Even if not off road the larger wheel adds some stability."

The Coho XC is perfect

"The Coho XC is perfect for trail work. On the first voyage out it allowed me to transport tools and misc for new signage and a McLeod for trail repairs. So perfect for many applications. Tows well and easy to attach."

Who knew bike trailers were so cool!!

"Awesome little trailer. Pulls really well. Super intuitive to use and easy to break down. Well built and ready to roll out of the box, with axle adapter. Super steady when loaded properly. Kickstand work great. Highly recommended and the best option for any bikepacking adventure. No matter road, gravel or singletrack I would take the Coho xc."
