When it’s raining cats and dogs, keep your pup dry and cozy with the Bark Ranger® Rain Cover. Water-repellent and wind-resistant, the rain cover comes in two sizes to fit snugly over your Bark Ranger® or Bark Ranger® XL. When the rain stops, the cover stows easily in the attached storage bag. Simply attach the rain cover storage bag to the accessory loops on the top of the trailer and you’re ready for any surprise rain shower.

I was very skeptical about the price, but it's truly worth it.

"When I decided to try a new kind of adventure with my dog, I started researching different dog trailers, especially the ones that could convert into a stroller. As I saw less expensive dog trailers being reviewed, I realized that they were Infamous for flipping, some of them even during low speeds. Ultimately, I decided my dog's safety is the most important thing at whatever cost so I decided to get the Burley Bark Ranger. I was very skeptical about the price, but everything from the materials to the functionality to the versatility prove its worth. It was easy to train my dog to use it because I was able to put it in place of my dog's kennel in my house. We have been having so much fun with this trailer! We did 17 MI on the Cape Fear River Trail, but I'll even take my dog out during the day before work and into the wood line. I don't feel much of any drag pulling it even on dirt trails. It won't fit on really skinny mountain bike trails of course, but on trails that are more like dirt roads and of course pave trails, it does just amazingly. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to ride around with their dog safely."

Make sure it works with your bike

"We have Super 73 bikes and can’t attach the trailer to those - which is what our intention was when purchasing. We will have to use it only with our non-electric bikes. We are working on getting an axel adapter set up sorted out, but so far, despite excellent customer service across the companies we’ve been working with, nothing has been just exactly right. That aside, the trailer itself is awesome. Easy to assemble, comfortable to push in stroller mode. Even with our 60-80lb dogs inside it’s a smooth and easy push (we have the XL). We don’t feel their weight at all. Our dogs love it. They nag us for a stroll! Which is pretty darn cute. Look forward to getting it out with a bike soon!"
