poor design
"if you have a small dog, the tail wagon was excellent. However this new design removes the waterproof top, options to use as a stroller. it’s a bad design. the older versions are way better. sorry burley, poor choices moving forward."

"Whenever I head out for an adventure with my 3 Pekingese and our Tail Wagon, I say to my girls, "Do you want to go tail wagging? And they know what I am talking about and load right up happily. We have so much fun out there all together, and the wagon is a great way to transport small dogs around that maybe do not want to walk too far."
— Dahlia M. (5/5)
"It’s nice, but I should have bought the bigger one. My small dog only wants to ride with one of the big dogs and the big dogs are too big for the tail wagon. How can I exchange it, I threw away the box"
— Cindy M. (5/5)
"Much smaller than expected"
— Lisa H. (4/5)
"I finally got the tail trailer for my pet. It was more expensive than I expected, and it didn’t fit straight out of the box, at least for my e-bike. I had to figure out which axle I needed, so I took it to my local bike shop, and they ordered and fitted it. I have two bikes—a road bike and an e-bike—and it’s very long to maneuver with the e-bike since that’s large too. It has no brakes, so it relies on the bike or e-bike it’s attached to. On the plus side, it’s sturdy and durable, but there’s no built-in attachment to keep the dog inside, though you could add something if your dog isn’t used to staying in the trailer. When you stop, the bike can tip over unless park it next to a curb. I try to do this. It’s easy to fold down and store away, but it can be bit rough for my dog over bumps since there’s no suspension or parking brake. I think there’s an aftermarket option for that, and wheels could be sturdier for rough trails. That might become irrelevant soon with the new e-bike classification laws. I do like the idea of adding lights—there are spots for that—and the bonus of the flag is nice. I do think it's too heavy for my road bike right now because the pet is within the allowed weight but almost at the limit. the end I am not sure I am strong enough or fit enough to pull/drag it after my road bike at the moment."

"Really terrible customer service"

"I have enjoyed seeing my English Bull Terrier have fun alone with me as I ride on my e-bike."
— Theresa A. (5/5)
"This was super easy to attach to our bike, well balanced, and nice features. Unfortunately, our dog managed to rip the mesh material on our very first outing. Would love if the materials could withstand a little more heavy use. Now not sure how we will repair the mesh as the individual panels don’t seem replaceable."
— Rebekah Y. (3/5)
"My dog and I are very happy with it. Easy to pull."
— Laura D. (5/5)
"We love this trailer! It is so secure and we really appreciate knowing our pups are safe in there while we’re riding. Plus it’s so easy to assemble, attach, and detach. Thank you Burley!"
